Mutual consent
KlaiKan is for people who agree to see each other. You may not use it to follow an adult without their ongoing consent.
Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to use KlaiKan.
Joining a circle
Joining a circle is voluntary, and you can leave at any time.
Pausing
Everyone in a circle sees when sharing is paused. We do not offer a way around that.
Your account
Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not harass anyone, break the law, or try to disrupt or break into the service.
Not an emergency service
KlaiKan helps families stay in touch. It is not an emergency service and locations can be late or approximate. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
